Is NEET 2027 really a computer-based test?
Yes. The Union Education Minister announced on 15 May 2026 that NEET (UG) will be held as a computer-based test from 2027, and NTA told the Supreme Court the same. NTA has not yet published the 2027 information bulletin, so details such as dates and the number of shifts can still change — we update the series as soon as NTA announces them.
Is this the real NTA exam software?
No. Our test screen is built to work like NTA’s computer-based test interface (the one used for JEE Main and CUET) — same layout, palette, Save & Next, Mark for Review, language switch and timer. When NTA publishes an official NEET 2027 mock test, we match it. Vidimentor is not affiliated with or endorsed by NTA.
Can I take the tests in Hindi?
Yes. Every paper is available in English and Hindi. Choose your default language in the instructions and switch any question between English and हिंदी at any time during the test, exactly like NTA’s CBT. Your answers don’t change when you switch.
What is the paper pattern?
180 compulsory multiple-choice questions — Physics 45, Chemistry 45, Botany 45, Zoology 45 — 720 marks, +4 for a correct answer and −1 for a wrong one, 3 hours. This is the NEET (UG) 2026 pattern; if NTA changes it for 2027 we change our papers too.
How is the predicted All India Rank worked out?
We compare your score with last year’s NEET (UG) 2026 result — about 20 lakh candidates, using NTA’s official score counts (for example 1,492 candidates at 650+ and 90,780 at 500+) and published marks-vs-rank analyses. It assumes the paper is as difficult as the real NEET. NEET 2027 will normalise scores across shifts, so it is a prediction, not a guarantee.
What if I can’t take a test at 9 AM?
You don’t have to. Each test opens at 9:00 AM IST and you can start it any time in the next 48 hours — every attempt started in that window is ranked. After the window you can still attempt it for practice; it is scored but not ranked.
How do answer-key challenges work?
51 hours after a test opens you get the provisional answer key, solutions and your provisional marks. For the next 6 hours you can challenge any answer with a short reason. Our faculty review every challenge; if a key changes, everyone is re-graded before the final result.
Which device should I use? What if my internet drops?
A laptop or desktop with Chrome or Edge gives the most exam-like experience, because NEET 2027 is on a computer with a mouse. Tablets and phones work too. The whole paper loads when you start and your answers are saved on your device as you go — if the internet drops, keep answering and submit when it is back.
I’m an enrolled Vidimentor student. Do I pay?

I have a faculty or referral code. How does it work?
Enter it at checkout (or open the link you were sent). A faculty code gives ₹150 off (you pay ₹1,350); a friend’s referral code gives ₹100 off (you pay ₹1,400). Enrolments made with a code are non-refundable; you’ll be asked to confirm this before paying.
What is AI Exam Replay?
After each result you can watch your own 3-hour test as a short time-lapse: which question you were on, when you saved or changed answers, and the moments that cost you marks. It estimates the marks — and ranks — within reach, and suggests a better subject order. It is built from your own answers and timing, and the numbers are estimates.
Can my parent pay instead?
Yes. At checkout tap “A parent is paying?” to get a secure Razorpay link you can send on WhatsApp. Once they pay, the series appears in your portal under your number.
Can I get a refund?
If you were charged but couldn’t get access because of a fault on our side, we restore access or refund you. Other requests should reach hello@vidimentor.com before the first test opens and are reviewed case by case. See our Terms.
